BMW Repair: Windows wont roll up or down, bolts and nuts, lock washers

I have a 1983 633CSi which sat for quite some time before I acquired it. Both rear windows worked for a while but now only the driver's rear window works. I've moved the switches around and they all operate the one working window. I can also clicking from the driver's front and passenger rear window like they're trying to work. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!

Dear Marvin,
You have bad window regulators on all the windows that do not work. Find and buy what you can, then get back to me so that I can give you instructions on how to do it. But it is a little more involved than the usual bmw regulators because in your car, the regulators are rivetted to the door and you have to grind off the rivets first to get them out, then replace them with suitable 10 mm. bolts and nuts with lock washers. If you are not up to it, buy the parts and bring it to a mechanic.
