BMW Repair: Moldy smell from air condition, bmw dealer, air intake

How do you get rid of moldy smell from air conditioning?

I was told to spray Lysol through the air intake for the air conditioning... but where is that in a '96  328i?

Would really appreciate an answer or some ideas...

wow that is a good question, i have never had that problem so i have never had to locate that part... The best thing i can tell you is to go to the BMW dealer... in the parts department they can find the part on their inventory computer and print you out a diagram of where it is in relation to nearby parts on the vehicle..they do this free of charge... good luck and when you find it let me know too...
