BMW Repair: power windows & door locks, door locks, circuit breaker

power windows will not operate ...the moters check out when supplied with external power..the window switches check out with ohm meter..there is no power present at the switches...can you help? you can contact me directy at (619)295-4131and ask for adam or you can leave a message with ron thanks in advance adam

Checked the fuse?
The circuit breaker (in center console on e30's from 84-88)
I would recommend tracing the wires back to the source of power, I believe it's though the circuit breaker then to the switch (-computer, then window).  Let me know what model and more info like weather or not you have voltage at the fuse connection (could be a relay).
