GMC Repair: 1996 gmc jimmy, gmc jimmy, emergency flashers

Question
I have a 1996 Jimmy and the blinker do not work at all. It is not the fuse, we checked do you have any ideas of where to look next?

Does either side work?
If not I would suspect the turn signal flasher, located under the center of the dash, behind the radio in a relay center.
You can pinpoint the location by turning on your emergency flashers, that flasher is located in the same relay center.
