GMC Repair: ABS booser pump, abs braking systems, antilock braking system

I have a 2001 Suburban.  The ABS booster pumps runs all the time, even with the key off.  It sound like the pump may be cavitating.  I can unplug the pump, but the ABS and Traction contol warning lights come on.

I need more information and better terminology first.

Are you asking in reference to VEHICLES AUTOMATIC LEVELING SYSTEM or what ?.

This is on the Antilock Braking System ABS.  I believe this is the pump that powers traction control system.

I am not aware of any booster pump associated with ABS braking systems.

And I will try and identify this pump that runs constantly. Send several pictures of the engine compartment as well as 2 of this pump.
