Questioni have a 164 v6 turbo 1991,i�ve change the turbo mitsh. for a garrret t25 modifyied,bigger intercooler,cylinder head modifyed,intake pump also have been changed.the car does not make 15 psi,without " cutting",it look it�s misfire,bubbling or something.I�ve all the electronics sensors,except the idle sensor!i would like to know is, if the problem is due to the lack of an amplifier spark ?did this model had ECU problems? all the engine is new,it has 5000 km.

AnswerIt is probably the fuel quality. The knock sensor will degrade performance if engine knock or ping exists. Try this formula for an octane improver. 13 oz. isopropyl alcohol, 2 oz. acetone and 1 oz. ATF for every 10 gallons of fuel.
Basically you have increased the virtual compression ratio while leaving everything else the same and that is why I suspect the fuel octane rating.
1 gallon is roughly 4 liters and 1 oz is 28 grams
