Audio Systems: proper sub wiring, dual voice coil, ohm loads

Question
i have a 1052watt sub, 250 RMS, 1000 peak, its a dual voice coil infinity. i also have a california profile 700 watt, 1 ch. amp. how do u recomend wiring it. its going in the trunk of a monte carlo. its in a 22-15-7 sealed box. is that a decent box? im open for all suggestions

Answer
Not sure what the 1052 watts is if it's 250 RMS. Ignore peak or max values, they have no real use.

You don't say if it's a 2 ohm DVC or 4 ohm DVC.

I also need to know the RMS watts of the amp at specific ohm loads.

Is it 2 ohm or 1 ohm stable?

Very important info is needed.
