Audio Systems: wiring problems i think, s10 blazer, fuse boxes

Hi, I got a 1990 S10 blazer and the raido doesnt light up or play, turn signs dont work outside or inside( no clicking noise),and the horn doesnt work. I changed all the fuses, and nothing. please help me out. thank you.

There are two fuse boxes in this car.  One under the hood and one under the dash inside.

And, it may not be a fuse, but a broken wire feeding the instrument/ignition area.  If it were the radio unit only that was not working it could be a simple matter, but since there are other items not working, I suggest you take it into the shop.  Chances are there are problems inside the steering column  (I hope not for your sake because it could be expensive to repair/replace broken wires or switching apparatus).

You can test for steering column failures sometimes by banging on the steering wheel while turning it; if this causes some lishts to work momentarily it indicates the problem is in the steering column area for sure.
