Audio Systems: installing an amp and a subwoofer to a stock system in a 99 chevy blazer, voice coil diameter, cast aluminum frame

Question
Hi

Ok so I'm wondering if its possible to hook up an amplifier and a subwoofer to a stock deck in my 99' Chevy Blazer and if not, if there is any alternative power sources than a new deck. I have all new speakers (4 6.5 inch round eclipse 3 channel speakers, 2 4x6 inch eclipse 2 channel speaker/tweeters)

The subwoofer is a relatively powerful one at 750 watts rms, it is a Eclipse SW9012 titanium subwoofer and I'm also wondering if the amp that i have picked out will fit the bill of the sub; an MA Audio m700xe 1000 watt amp

here are the specs on the sub and amp

Eclipse SW9102 Titanium Subwoofer:

Size: 10"
FS:   26 Hz
Qts:  0.47
DCR:  4 ohms + 4 ohms
Vas:  2.10 Cuft

MA AUDIO m700xe 1000 2 channel Amplifier:

1000 watts @ 4 ohms bridged
2x500 watts @ 2 ohms stereo
2 channel stereo or 1 channel bridged mono amp
high and low level inputs
thermal, short circuit, and overload protection circuit
0-18 db variable bass boost @ 45 Hz
full MOSEFT circuitry
2 ohm stable
THD: <0.05%
high pass crossover 50Hz-250Hz
low pass crossover 50Hz-250Hz

thank you very much for your time!

Answer
Hi Wade,
As the amp has both high and low level inputs you can either run RCAs from the back of your head unit if you have them or take the rear left OR right speaker wires to the amp high level and then to sub using in the bridged mode. 1,500w max sub and 1,000w amp is correct so you don't 'blow' the sub by overdriving it.
