Audio Systems: How to wire up 2 dual voice coil subs, dual voice coil, ohm stereo

Question
I have two Pryamid Imperial 12 inch dual voice coil sub. 1200 watts max 4 ohm impedance. My amp is a Pryamid PB449X 2 ch. 1000 watt amp. My amp is 2 ohm stereo stable.  I was just wanting to know what would be the best way to hook these subs up.  thanks

Answer
This is competition grade equipment or at least show stuff.  You must have a firm understanding to compile a system with these components; and it will be well worth it.  When you get those subs properly housed and loaded they will produce a very potent low frequency output!

If the coils are 4 ohms each and in parallel then one speaker will be a 2 ohm load. So, you can connect one speaker to each side of the Pyramid stereo amp (for 500w into each speaker).  A perfect solution.

Anything else?
