Audio Systems: Cd player removal, little holes, system cd

Question
I need to know how too remove the stereo system (cd player)from the dash and I need too know where u put the DIN Tool  at?

Answer
It depends on the type of DIN unit you have, Cory.

But generally, you insert the two din tools into the little holes on the left and right edges of the faceplate (little notches pointing IN towards the headunit) and then push them both outwards (to release) and pull the deck out and deal with the harness connectors.
The holes you insert the tool through may be underneath the faceplate trim cover ring.

My best advice [if you cannot figure out how to use it], is to put the Din tool in a qualified installers hand.
