Audio Systems: removing the dash from a chevy cavalier 2004, 2004 chevy cavalier, chevy cavalier

I want to put a new stereo in my mom's car and It's a 2004 Chevy Cavalier and I'm not sure how the dash comes out. Can you help me?  I already have the stereo and the special wiring kit and the adapter kit for it.

I think you are right that the instrument cluster trim needs to come off on that car. Start by carefully inspecting how many bolts and screws are installed, this usually gives some insight as to what must be removed.
