Audio Systems: volume, audio amplifier, loose wire

panasonic flat screen tau TV model number, ct32sx12ck.  The volume keeps cutting in and out.  Someone told me the sound had to be adjusted because its overloading.  Is it?

Overloading? Overloading what? If the sound cuts in and out, your audio amplifier--a teeny thing to begin with--either has a loose wire or a failing output part. Have the set checked out by a qualified repair technician.
