Audio Systems: SONI 10 CD DISC CHANGER NOT WORKING, faulty sensor, disc magazine

We have a Soni 1 Bit D/A Converter System Compact Disc Changer, CDX-45 with a 10 Disc Magazine.  The radio is a Soni XRC210 AM/FM/Cassette/& CD Changer Control. The magazine loads and unloads properly, however when loaded, the changer doesn't index through the CDs or play them. It does nothing. The error code on the radio show an E99. How can it be fixed?

The error 99 code is a code that refers to a sensor problem. The sensors are there to tell the control computer if and how many CDs are in the changer unit. The service manual with the schematic and a volt meter is needed to track down the faulty sensor.
