Cadillac Repair: 1999 De Ville passenger climate control, volt ohm meter, volt meter

Question
I've taken the liberty of copying a prior request for help (I was unable to find your response)since my skill levels and problem description are the same.

MY SKILL LEVEL: I am not a mechanic or electrician, however I can read a analog volt meter and I know which way to turn a wrench.

VERIFIED CONDITIONS:
1- Passenger temperature control (Located on passenger door.) illuminates when pushed to turn on, however turning the control knob to adjust temperature has no effect on passenger air.
2- The main Climate Control Center functions as designed, heating and cooling the driver side as desired. Blower Speed Control functions as designed for both driver and passenger sides.
3- Air door motor (Located behind Glove Box.) does not respond to controls. Air door moves freely when control arm is disconnected from motor. All electrical and pneumatic wires and hoses are properly connected.

Thanks for any help
Vic

Answer
If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture. I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information necessary to fix your vehicle.
