Cadillac Repair: not a very nice web site for help!, full time work, cadillac repair

Question
Below is the question and response I got from your website,   and keep in mind i have never used your website or ask you a question EVER before!  this is a rude and a none helpful answer!    My guess is this is a BIG problem with the SRX and so many people have asked this question you think people are repeating themselves.    But I already have the answer, I took it to the dealership and YES they did have to tear the entire front off to put in a bulb and it was very expensive!  BAD Design.  you should post a warning label for people buying this car!

Your question was

I have been instructed after taking it to several places that the front end of the car needs to be removed to ger the headlamps off to change the bulbs? is this true?  the dealer wants to charge 360.00 to do this!  find it kind of expensive for a few bulbs changed?  when on most cars you can do it yourself?

thanks

I have already answered this question for you once before.

Answer
Since i retired from full time work on Cadillac's in 2000, I rarely see any late model Cadillac's wanting front end bulbs replaced. This does sound kind of ODD that you have to remove the front end to replace a bulb, But I have yet to have your kind of vehicle come in requesting a light bulb replacement.
