Cadillac Repair: Theft System Problem/Car MAY NOT RESTART, keypass, prndl

Hi there, past friday I drove my 96 Eldorado just fine and Sunday I could not started.I got a message :Theft System Problem/Car MAY NOT RESTART and the PRNDL is blinking.
I bypassed the Keypass II and now does not even crank , n ow is completely dead and the message is:STARTING DISABLED DUE TO A THEFT...
 Please help!!

Hello,

You state you bybassed the PASS KEY II and now the engine does not crank. There is something wrong in the way you bypassed the system i.e. wrong resistor, bad connection etc.

Without seeing what you did, there is no way I can tell you the exact problem. As you said, the car was running fine and after you bypassed it, the engine would not crank.
