Cadillac Repair: 2003 CTS, pvc valve, crank case

Question
QUESTION: Is there a design flaw with the proximity of the PVC valve in relation to the exhaust manifold that will cause condensation to build up in the crank case?  I have a foamy moist foamy oil around the oil fill port.  I have already replaced the PVC with a retrofit and it still leaks when the temperature gets below the freezing point.  I live in WI so that happens often.  Thanks
-Jim

ANSWER: According to the manufacturer via service bulletins this is considered NORMAL.

QUESTION: Thanks for stating the facts from the bulletins.  This is a load of c??p though!  Who is in charge of posting service bulletins for GM?  They need to have their head examined or find a new job if they think water in the crank case and oil leaks through a cracked or frozen PVC valve are "normal".  Is it any wonder why GM is in a financial crisis and looking for a bailout when the put out and inferior "premium" product (Cadillac) and it has this type of problem? Hey GM executives here is a business lesson,  When you put a premium label on a product, charge a premium price and it turns out to be a piece of junk, people will not going to buy products from you any more and you will go out of business!  All I have to say is, Hello Mr. Acua dealer!

Answer
GM has had engine problems since 1980 to present.

I have been diagnosing Cadillac's for close to 30 years and why do you think I do not own one ?.

The majority of their problems is with head gaskets where the bolt hole threads in the aluminum block stretch thus allowing small leaks of coolant into the engine oil and coolant system.
