Cadillac Repair: 97 STS Blower Motor, blower motor, imput

My 97 sts blower suddenly stoped. I tried to remove the blower however there was not enough clearance to get it out. I tested the motor via jumpers to the two outside leads direct from the battery and it did spin the motor.
What else could be causing the blower motor to not turn on?
I appreciate any imput before I take it to a shop.

Fault is most likely an internal A/C-Heater PROGRAMMER failure.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL MULTIMETER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
