Cadillac Repair: blower is on but no buttons are on, costly repair, juy

Ho. I have a 95 Eldorado just yesterday I heard funny sound. Its the blower making the noise but no buttons are on for the blower to make noise. I never had this noise before come on, but in Juy I did have a new ac compressor put in. Never did I hear the blower on except owhen I pushed in the button that I needed. Im getting very fustrated sees there is always something going on with this car. It has 10700 miles. The noise annoys me when nothing is on. Hopefully this isnt a costly repair, wish I could buy something else but thats not possible . Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated . Thanks for your time.

The most common component that causes this fault is the blower motor POWER MODULE which needs to be replaced.

However, In some rare cases the fault is with the A/C-Heater PROGRAMMER.
