Cadillac Repair: Dads blower working intermittently is there a relay and where, intermittent faults, old dad

Hi, My 84 yr old dad's 89 sedan deville blower started working intermittently. I would like to know if you have any recommendations? Is there a fuse/relay that can be checked? If so, where are they located? Thanks for any assistance you can provide. Rev. Walker, Jr.

Intermittent faults are very hard to find unless the fault is happening when a technician has the vehicle.

Fault could be:

Blower motor.

Blower motor power module.

AC/Heater programmer.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
