what makes the car rev very high when I start it, then while driving its like its driving itself and run hot

Has there been ANY work or ANY KIND performed on the vehicle within the last 6 months ?. ANYTHING ?.

IS or HAS the CHECK ENGINE light ever illuminated on the dash while driving the vehicle ?.

You most likely either have a faulty:

Throttle Positioning sensor.(TPS)

Idle Speed Control Motor. (ISC).
