Cadillac Repair: cooling fans not working, cadillac deville, cooling fans

I drive a 99 Cadillac Deville, my message board stated that engine was hot to shut down car,  did as soon as possible.  water spewed out,  added more fluid,  tried to move car then it immediately overheated again,  notice cooling fans not working.  What do we need to do?

You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
