Cadillac Repair: 1991 sadan deville, onboard diagnostics, body control module

my 91 sedan deville has the check engine light on and i retrieved the trouble codes via the onboard diagnostics.  it flashes E48 twice than F31 once.
i tried to look them up and a site said the E48 was a problem with the EGR.  i cant find any listing for F31 what is it?  and is E48 really a problem with the EGR?

E48 = EGR control problem.

F31 = Fuel data center to Body Control Module data problem.

What you want to do FIRST is CLEAR (erase) these codes from the computers via the climate control panel and see which codes return and how many times they return and let me know.
