Cadillac Repair: rear locks, lock switch, windows work

Question
On both real doors you can hear a motor running and the locks move slightly, but don't lock on their own and the master control in the driver's seat will lock and unlock the doors.  This is intermittent and has drained my battery when the car sits for a couple of days.  Is there an easy fix for this issue?  There are no other problems with the car.  Appreciate your input...Thanks, Jackie

If both rear windows work while this noise is going on, I would say that you have a problem with the rear door lock solenoid and or the rear door lock switch. Purchase some electrical contact spray cleaner from any automotive parts store, Remove the rear door switch and clean it with the spray. If this does not help, replace the switch.
