I need to remove my power steering pump pulley and I'm having trouble getting the pulley off, I need some tips to help me.

Hi Eddie,

     When removing the p/s pulley you need the special tool that engages the nose of the pulley where the groove is. Then when you hold the remover body and turn the center screw the pulley is removed. It will need to be pushed on with another special tool. Although the p/s pump does come with a bolt and washer to install the pulley it is sometimes challenging to use.

     Auto zone, o'reilly auto parts and pep boys have loaner tools if you don't want to buy them. Hope that helps. Bill
