Is the coolant level FULL in the radiator and at the FULL mark on the over flow jug ?. If YES, Proceed.

Is one heater hose hotter than the other at the firewall at normal engine temp ?.

Remove the glove box liner and you will see a threaded metal arm that is snapped into a plastic retainer clip.

Make a mark on the metal arm so you know EXACTLY where to replace it back into the exact same location in the plastic clip that you will be removing the threaded arm from the clip.

Unsnap the threaded rod from the clip and with the heater on FULL maximum heat, Pull the metal rod towards you and see if you have heat.

If you push the arm towards the engine the air will get cooler.

Do you get full heat ?>
