Cadillac Repair: Cadillac, fuse box, front wheel drive

Question
I bought a fuel pump for my 85 fleetwood 2dr front wheel drive, because it appeared that I had no fuel pressure. I dropped the tank took out the old one put in the new one. Now it won't even kick on(fuel pump that is).  I check the fuse box on the inside of the car and there is no fuse for fuel pump that I could see as in its not listed on the cover backing.  Is there another place where I may find a fuse or relay or anything? I checked the connection of the pump, connection of the wiring harness and nothing indicated that there is a bad connection. I am so frustraded with this situation. Please help.
