I would like to know what the E90 code is and (2) where the A/C relay switch is located?

Answer
E90 is NOT a code #. It is simply indicating that you are entering into a different section of the diagnostic tests procedures.

the AC compressor relay is located in the engine compartment above the blower motor and is the  first relay closest to the left side near the accumulator (receiver/Drier).
