Cadillac Repair: 95 deville ignition problem, electrical schematics, diagnostic procedures

95 sedan deville 4.9 high rpm, misfire after distibutor removed I can't check timing because engine idle on 2400- 2700 crank on 0 deg rotor on #1 cyl (no codes)
reason to remove distributor bad pick up coil
HELP PLEASE
