Cadillac Repair: 1995 Eldo Starting and Idle problem, vacuum leak, eldo

Hello, My 95 Eldo would not start unless I turn the steering wheel to the left, otherwise all the lights would come on without starting the engine or any sound.  When it starts, I had to step on the gas otherwise the engine dies. When I put it on drive or reverse I have to step on the brake with my left foot and on the gas with my right foot giving some gas otherwise the engine stops.  I guess the iddle is screwed up.  I already replace all spark plugs.

did you check for a vacuum leak on the engine. maybe you broke a hose replacing the plugs or you may have a problem in the steering column where a wire has rubbed thru.

When you say it won't start are you saying you turn it to the start position and hear NOTHING ?.
