Cadillac Repair: ECM Prob, air fuel mixture, electrical schematics

Hello,
I have a problem with my boardcomputer of a 1990 DeVille. The OBD System skips the ECM trouble codes and continues with the BCM one´s. F32 as well as FF32 is shown then. Is my ECM broken when it tells me it can´t communicate with the BCM? Also the code 48, which is ok, because I emptied the A/c.
The “Service Engine Soon” and the “Inspect Vehicle” lights stay on all the time.
And what could be damaged if smog is coming out of the catalytic converter after about 30 sec. of engine running? Does this have something to do with the ECM for not mixing the correct air/fuel mixture?

Without doing any diagnostics by checking for faulty wiring. It would appear that your ECM and BCM are nOT communicating and will need to be replaced.
