WE CAN'T FIND WHERE TO PLUG IN THE DIAGNOSTICS MACHINE ON A 88 CADI, DEVILLE

Answer
It is up under the dash above the gas pedal mounted on a bracket. take down that big black plastic under dash cover to locate it.

NOTE: you do not normally use this connector as the vehicle has it's own diagnostic display center via the climate control panel.
