Cadillac Repair: electrical 1994 cadillac eldorado, cadillac eldorado, turn signals

hello! i have a 1994 eldorado that recently begin to give me problems with the gas guage, the turn signals, and the power after you turn the ignition off.  i went over a dip in the road a bit too fast and shortly after i noticed that the fuel guage went all the way to the empty mark. i also noticed that i had no turn signals when i would put them on.  then at last i noticed that when i would turn the ignition of that i still had power for a few minutes after but now i no longer do.  no codes come up, and all the fuses look fine.  can you help?

Sounds like you may have a ground problem,check the battery connections,also check the grounds at the engine and the ground at the frame near the battery make sure its clean and tight,also there are grounds at both left and right radiator supports.
