Chevrolet Repair: Dont Know what this sound is or means?, ball joints, rubber things

Question
My question to you is that i have a 2001 used LT trailblazer that i owned over a year but my problem is whenever i go over a speed bump slow or drive on uneven roads or hold brakes slowly, i seemed to be hearing a squeaking noise coming from either the left or right tire area. As well as when i turn the SUV left or right it tends to rock and squeak. Everybody i took it too diagnose the problem as a shocks or ball joints need to be greased. .Please can you help me because not only is the sound so embarrassing but it scary not knowing what this problem could cause while am driving with my kids in my SUV.Thanks a million.

Answer
Okay first off, your trailblazer has greasless ball joints.  It sounds to me that the front stabilizer bushings(end links) are bad.  I have spoken to a couple guys at work and said that they are having a rash of these going bad that directly relates to the issue you have with the vehicle.  The only way to fix this is to replace them, both the left and right fronts. It's not a bad idea to change the rears as well, due to updated parts that are being used to reduce the noise you are hearing.  As a second thought, check to make sure the hood stops(the black adjustable rubber things in the engine compartment)are lubed as well. This will cause a squeak.
Anything else feel free to ask

I apologize for not getting back to you quicker..I didn't see the new question was in the comment...Okay first, by JEEP do you mean JEEP or the Trailblazer...Second if it's the trailblazer we have had a lot of issues with the fan clutches locking up.  When the truck gets hot do you hear a roar?  kind of like an airplane noise?  If so the clutch for the fan is locking up which will cause it to over heat.  Also next time you wash your truck do yourself a favor and blast the water through the grille to clean off the front of the condenser/radiator.  IF it is clogged with bugs or dirt and grime this will restrict air flow and cause you over heating condition
