Chevrolet Repair: 99 Chevy Blazer wont start, flood mode, chevy blazer

Question
Just changed the dist cap & rotor. It started 3 times in a row. Now it will not start.  It turns over and acts like it wants to start, but won't.Its a new battery, and even charged it, and that wasn't problem. Checked for spark, and there is.Double checked wires to cap and they are correct. Also listened to make sure fuel pump is working by turning on the key and listening.  Any other ideas?  This truck was running fine before these two things were changed, so this doesn't make sense.

Answer
Defective distributor cap?

Check fuel pressure and make sure its at least 55psi.  It may be flooded now if it was a spark issue so you should be matting it to put the computer into clear flood mode and it will not inject fuel.
Did it run fine when you put the ignition components on?  Why did you wnat to replace the cap and rotor?
