Chevrolet Repair: 01 Blazer no power when accelerating, chevy blazer, throttle body injection

2001 Chevy Blazer has no power when accelerating.  Idles fine and will go about 15 or 20 mph under full throttle.  No codes are stored or displayed. Any ideas?

I'd first remove the gas filter and check for any restrictions. You should be able to blow through the gas filter with ease. Next, if you have the 4.3 with throttle body injection, remove the air cleaner and look to see if both fuel injectors are spraying a good cone of fuel. It's possible one of the fuel injectors or circuit to the injectors has failed. If that's ok I'd check fuel pressure and possibly road test the vehicle while monitoring the pressure.

It's also possible that the catalytic convertor has failed and is clogged. Also check the exhaust system for restrictions. Last scan the data stream while road testing.
