Chevrolet Repair: I think my trans is F- - -ed!, tps sensor, gm cars

Question
Hi I hope you can help me. I have alot to ask you so please stick with me. I appreciate the time you taking to check this out too. I have a 1997 silverado(5.7 4l60e) and i've been having alot of tranny trouble. First I had a bad TPS sensor and bad wiring to TPS.I found that out myself after aamco screwed me out of $250 to tell me what i already knew. Well anyway, it wouldn't shift at WOT from 1st to 2nd it would just redline then shift when you let up a little. So i dropped tranny pan changed filter and inspected solenoids. Filter was dirty and a good amount of debris was on magnet. Also oil was a little dark but not completley burnt. I added lucas tranny treatment new oil and new filter.Put it all back together and it drove great. For a couple months. Now it's back. Feels like a big loss of power after 3/4 throttle and still no WOT 1/2 shifting .It'll just redline in gear when I hit it. Im running in circles here. Also it's weird cause when driving normally the truck drives fine that's why im puzzled. I've had trannies go on me before on other cars so thats why Im confused usually they went with no warning. Also at highway speed like 45-60 when i accelerate it bumps hard like i hit a pothole. Another thing if i hold the brake and gas the wheels will spin. That's how you check the torque converter right? The motor doesn't over rev when the brake and gas are pushed together. So driving normally it shifts up and down fine. At highway speed it always bumps (its getting harder). I've been noticing a little hickup in first gear too before it shifts to 2nd. HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! I am very mechanically inclined. Im not a certified mechanic but im pretty damn good. Is there anything I can do. Is it electrical(hopefull) oh yeah NO codes are flashing at all. Would a power flush cure this? It has a tranny cooler too.
Is it the TCC relay? These trannies must hate me. I went through two in my camaro. I think GM needs to change something around. I am a devoted buyer of gm cars but i don't know anymore. They all have trans trouble!!!

Answer
This one doesn't have trans trouble.  I think one of two things is the problem.  Your exhaust is plugged at the cat converter not allowing the truck to shift correctly.  It is common to have it plugged and to feather the throttle.  Also a plugged fuel filter will cause the same problem.
