Chevrolet Repair: Timeing chain, chev, 3l

Question
I think my timeing chain is about to go we have had to set the timeing three times in the last couple of days. Now if this is what is going on how do we change it in a 94 chev astro?

Hi Heather, i am going to assume that you have a 4.3l V6. it will require you remove just about everything on the front of the engine as well as the timing cover...i would suggest purchasing a manual if you wish to attempt this task yourself...hope this helps
