Question
i am a fleet tech with 20 years exp but iam stumped i scan the computer and i get po300 random misfire but the plugs wire and coil all look fairly new it only misses slighly in over drive is the the spyder injector or just cheap jobber cap and rotor ive heard that any thing but gm cap and rotors dont work on this vehicle

Answer
If you have a gm scannner you could go to the mifsfire data and it would show what cylinder is misfiring.  YOu will need to isolate the miss.   Had one the other day that did this same thing it ended up being a cracked spark plug.  Also the cap could be arcing across terminals.  I only use gm caps and rotors.  Have seen many problems with aftermarket caps.  Also you may have a lean injector you would have to perform an injector balance test.
