My transmission fluid was low and my truck has been smoking out of tail pipe i think it is my vacuum modulator on tranmission, Is it on outside of transmission? OR INSIDE

Hi Toni, There isn't a vacuum modulator on this transmission. So the smoke isn't from the trans fluid. The smoke could be from a plugged up throttle body. Check to make sure all the vacuum ports are clean on the throttle body, pcv is the most common one to plug.
