Chevrolet Repair: Crank position sensor, crank pulley, position sensor

Question
Where is the crank position sensor located on the engine block. I have a picture of it and i know it is suppose to be where the belt is. The car is a 1993 Corsica 3.1 6 cylinder. I cannot get the car to start. I have replaced the fuel filter,plugs and checked fuel pump.

There are two on that engine one is behind the crank pulley. It needs to be removed to access the sensor.  The other one is on the rear lower center of block.  I am advising you to take the car in and have it diagnosed before you waste more money!!!!!!!!!!!!!
