Chevrolet Repair: 95 chevrolet driver side window, independant body, astro van

i have a 95 astro van and the driver side window will not roll up do you have any idea what it could be thank you

The regulator on these vans go bad.  The regulator is the track the window rides up and down in.  It is not too tough to fix but for some reason the dealer is the best choice for it.  You can try an independant body shop to get a price.  Expect about $400 repair cost.  

Could also be electrical.  Possibly the window motor went bad, fell off, maybe the switch fried.  Maybe the auto down system is malfunctioning.  Maybe the window fell off the track.  

Most likely, it is the regulator.
