Hi! CJS,
       I believe I might have a clogged fuel filter on a 1995 Chevy Corsica.
       Can you tell me where it's located, and is it relatively simple to replace?

Hello,

This is probably located along the rear axle.  If not, it is located along the frame rail under the door on either side of the car.  

It will probably have two screw in lines.  They are probably not gong to cooperate with  you.  You will need a wrench on the filter and on the line.  DON'T MESS UP THE BRASS FITTING ON THE LINE!!!  You can gently try vise grips on the line.  Don't use heat to loosen this connection...of course.  Maybe that year gave you some luck and one side just presses into a plastic connector.
