Chevrolet Repair: Fuel System, chevy k1500, fuel pump

I have a 1988 Chevy K1500 with a 350 , it will idle fine I can rev it up and its fine , but as soon as I start to drive it stalls every 10 feet or so..But it starts right back up...I don't hear the the fuel pump running with key in accessories postion....Please Help

The fuel pump shouldn't run in accessory position, but it should run for three seconds or so, when the key is turned to run.
But even if it is running, you still need to test the pressure. it needs to be at least ten PSI, and prefferably 13 PSI weather just sitting there, or running.
Sounds like you have low pressure.
