Chevrolet Repair: 1999 chev venture, venture van, dismay

I have a 1999 chev venture van LT.. the problem is that I keep getting moisture in the headlight..even after repacing it...so I filled the old one with water .. to my dismay no water leaked out...the dealer is teling me that I have the same problem with the new one...I think that he is full of .... , got any sugestions.....?  thanks tony.....

when you filled it full of water, did you leave it upright, or turn it upside down?  The leak is probably occuring at the top.  The only other idea would be to hose it down and see if it leaks.

Also, you did replace the whole fixture and not just the bulb correct?
