Chevrolet Repair: Brake Booster/Fan clutch, fan clutch, chevy pickup

94 chevy pickup with 4.3 v6....I have 2 questions

1. How do you test for a bad brake booster?

2.  How do you check for a bad fan clutch?

On the booster...with the engine off, press the pedal a few times. Then press it and hold it, and as you start the engine, if the pedal goes down, the booster is assisting.

With the engine nice and warm, or hot, with the engine off, spin the fan. it shouldn't just spin easily when you spin it.
