yes when iturn my a/c on it start grinding therefore i have to turn it off what's the promblem is it the a/c compressor , clutch or clutch oil

Probably the compressor. The clutch will grind if the compressor is locked up.
With the engine OFF, see if you can rotate the compressor by hand. Don't try to turn the belt. Turn the front plate of the clutch and the center shaft. You should be able to.
