Chrysler Repair: 91 New Yorker Fifth Ave: electrical non-functions, fuse box, power door locks

Just got my car back from having the blower replaced. Now it has numerous problems electrical; no door locks work, no clock or radio, no close on headlights, every week finding something else,
mad and upset the guy won't make good and fix what he done.
$380. later, I am stuck.

Hi Nan,
Begin by checking the following fuses in the fuse box under the dash:
fuse 13 (20 amp) which is for the power door locks
fuse 20 (10 amp) which is for the radio
and in the relay block, located just above the fuse box, there is a resettable circuit breaker number 2 which is for the headlamp doors
Let me know if anything now works or still doesn't work.
