Chrysler Repair: input speed sensor 96 jxi conv 2.5, input shaft, torque converter

Where is it located I found the output and changed it I'm still looking for the other one.  Thanks  Mike

Hi Mike,
The input speed sensor is on the same 'level' as the output sensor, only it is positioned to the front of the transmission (near the bell-housing where it senses the rotation of the input shaft which is driven by the torque converter) so if you look to the left of the vertical shifter shaft you will see an object virtually identical to the output speed sensor. That would be the input speed sensor.
